Before expressing interest

Is the Founder contribution paid every year?

No. The €1,000 Founder contribution is paid once. There is no recurring €1,000 Founder plan.

Do I need Membership to join Founding Circle?

Yes. Founder entry includes choosing monthly or annual Membership. If Membership later ends, Founder status and the Founder number remain; commercial privileges become inactive until Membership is active again.

Does Founder status disappear if Membership ends?

No. Founder status and the Founder number remain. It is the commercial privileges that depend on active Membership.

Is Founding Circle an investment or does it provide equity or governance rights?

No. Founder status does not represent equity, financial return, voting rights or governance power.

Do earlier numbers carry more rights?

No. The number only records the order of entry into Founding Circle. It is not a ranking.

Does being a Founder guarantee a place at any event?

No. Founding Circle records a relationship with the beginning; each room is still composed on its own terms. Capacity and approval still matter. Founder status or nominations do not guarantee access to the Private layer.
