What does Membership include?+
Membership provides access to exclusive advantages throughout the year, including priority access to available places, preferential conditions across all events, and greater flexibility in managing reservations.
What is the Membership fee?+
Membership has an annual fee of €150, granting access to exclusive benefits and conditions for a period of 12 months.
What does priority access mean?+
It means that members are given preference when places are allocated, significantly reducing the likelihood of being placed on a waiting list for events with limited capacity.
Does the 15% discount apply to all events?+
Yes. The 15% discount applies to all eligible events during the active Membership period, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of a particular event.
How does the discount for a second participant work?+
For each event, members benefit from an additional 10% discount on the registration of a second participant, subject to the terms applicable to each booking.
How does the annual cancellation with full credit work?+
Membership includes one annual cancellation with full credit guaranteed, allowing the member to use the corresponding value towards a future experience, in accordance with the terms defined by the organisation.
Does Membership completely eliminate waiting lists?+
Not in every case. However, it provides genuine priority access, substantially increasing the likelihood of confirmation for events with high demand.
How long is Membership valid for?+
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment.
